The SVL StickPack machines from OYSTAR Hassia offer interesting applications for both newly created and established products. StickPacks can be printed on all sides, and are safely sealed to retain their quality.
Consumers appreciate the convenient opening and “spoon less” consumption. StickPacks require up to 40% less packaging material than conventionally sealed sachets. This results in significant cost advantages in production, storage and transportation.

OYSTAR Hassia machines for StickPacks can be equipped for the production of different StickPack designs with various sealing seams.
Depending on application and favoured look, the mini-pouches can be produced with side seal, folding seal or overlapping seal. All around printing is enabled by a tape seal. The packaging material is folded side by side and hermetically closed by a sealing tape on the inner side of the tube.
StickPack form, fill and seal machines are also available as aseptic version (series SAS):
Aseptic StickPacks are produced by sterilizing the foil on all sides. The pouches are formed, filled and sealed under aseptic conditions in a sterile tunnel.
By the active packaging material sterilization a bacteria reduction >log4 is achieved, which results in extended shelf life, even outside the cooling chain.
