OYSTAR IWK: First Order for interpack Innovation

The OYSTAR FP 18-1 tube filler was presented for the first time at the interpack 2011 trade exhibition – and was purchased right on the spot: The pharmaceutical company “XEPA Malaysia” ordered the machine along with a TZS tube feeding system and an SC 5 cartoning machine.

Flexibility, performance and ergonomics were the decisive development criteria when it came to the new tube filling machine from OYSTAR IWK. And they immediately convinced the Asian pharmaceuticals company XEPA: The Malaysian company ordered a machine with the first presentation of the “OYSTAR FP 18-1” at interpack 2011. In addition, XEPA ordered the TZS tube feed for careful tube transport as well as the continuously working SC 5 cartoning machine. The packaging line will be delivered to South- East Asia in November 2011.

The OYSTAR FP 18-1 fills metal and plastic tubes with a diameter from 10 to 52 mm and a length of 50 to 250 mm. The filling volume range is 1 to 400 ml. Up to 120 tubes can be filled and sealed per minute. Like all of the machines from OYSTAR IWK, this new tube filler ensures technical precision, features modern control technologies and thus guarantees a high level of efficiency.
