OYSTAR IWK expands format range of TFS-15 tube filling machine to up to 60 mm.

Tubes are continuing their triumphal advance throughout the cosmetics industry. Whether toothpaste, hand cream, shower gel or shampoo – more and more manufacturers rely on tubes for packaging their products. OYSTAR IWK supports this growing demand with tube filling machines for every class of performance. The newest development is that the company has expanded the range of formats for the TFS-15 from 52 mm to 60 mm in terms of diameter. Thus the range of machinery from the market leader for automatic tube filling machines in the middle and upper performance class now covers the low performance spectrum as well.

The TFS-15 tube filler manufactures up to 85 plastic tubes as well as up to 70 metal tubes per minute. The expanded range of formats now provides for a filling volume of 1.5 to 500 ml, so that the overall tube length ranges from 40 to 250 mm. The machine can be flexibly integrated into the corresponding packaging installations.

The range of tube filling machines from OYSTAR IWK includes rotary table and diagonal track machines and thus makes both standard packaging systems and customized, complex solutions possible. In combination with the cartoning machines of the packaging machine manufacturer customers are also offered complete packaging lines from a single source.
